(v2.10.0) Deprecating legacy Hubject endpoints

Removed: Hubject Roaming Endpoints

The following Hubject roaming endpoints have been permanently removed:

• GET /roaming/hubject/evses — List all chargers published to Hubject with pricing, products, availability, and status
• GET /roaming/hubject/evseDataRecords — List all chargers published to Hubject
• GET /roaming/hubject/evseStatusRecords — List status of all published chargers
• GET /roaming/hubject/evsePricingRecords — List all published EVSEs with their assigned product
• GET /roaming/hubject/pricingProductData — List all products published on Hubject

These endpoints are no longer available and will return 404. Remove any calls to them from your integration.
